season 1 of Supernatural, premiered on 13th September, 2005 and ended on 4th May, 2006, totaling twenty two episodes.
The main plot of this season centers on the search of Dean and Sam for John, their father who is following the demon that killed the boys’ mother and later Jessica, who was Sam’s girlfriend. In this journey, they are supported by the journal of their father, so as they sustain the business of the family, rescue people and hunt down demons.
The two main characters this season are the brothersSam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles).
